Hot Cocoa without Refined Sugar

There are so many options for a yummy Hot Cocoa that don't require refined white sugar. You can always find a good dairy free milk and unsweetened cocoa or cacao to start with and explore different sweetners until you find one that tastes good to you.
Here are a few ideas that I found on the web...
Hot Cocoa

Mix 1/3 cup cocoa powder with 1/4 cup water.
Add 1-2 Tbsp. raw honey. Refrigerate
Heat water. Fill mug about 3/4 cup full (allowing room for non-dairy milk), add about 1 Tbsp. of the cocoa mixture and 1-2 tsp. of raw honey (to taste). Stir and add non-dairy milk (again, to taste).

Heat 1 cup low-fat milk or unsweetened almond milk until boiling; remove from heat. Whisk in 2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cacao powder and add Stevia herb to taste.

For a final suggestion, I have also seen people suggest using maple syrup as their sweetner, I need to try that and get back with you but it sounds interesting.
