How to Make Ginger Water

Ginger water helps with muscle aches and weight loss.
How to Make Ginger Water
to Treat Migraines, Heart Burn, Joint and Muscle Pain
Ingredients:
1-2 inches of fresh ginger root
3 cups of water
1/2 lemon
raw honey
Directions:
Finely grate the ginger by using a zester.
Add 2-3 cups of water and a squeeze of lemon.
Add raw honey.
Strain, and drink throughout a day.
