In the Moment




Take a moment right now and check the energy you hold. Close your eyes, take a f...ew deep breaths and notice your thoughts, notice your feelings.

Do you feel calm, peace or love? Or do you feel angst, lost, erratic or angry? If you are in the latter - let it all go. Reach for a higher feeling/thought. Just like the electronic ticker that runs across the bottom of a TV screen, choose a better thought from the ticker in your mind.

Take it a step further and deeper - practice self care. Journal the worry and fears away, process and release it.

You deserve to be happy, let it go.
