Keto Diet

Have you been curious about the Keto Diet that it seems everybody is losing body fat from?

When I realized that Keto diets do not require a lot of willpower to stay committed, I was intrigued. After a little investigation, I realized that much of what you are expected to eat on a Keto diet is the type stuff that might usually tempt you away from a traditional diet.... which are fats! You will still need to avoid traditional sugars and keep your carb intake very low but you will be really piling up on the proteins and fats, after the first week or so, any cravings you experience will probably just be for more fats, which is acceptable in this diet so you may not be tempted to cheat on carbs if you just hang in there.

An addition to the regular Keto meals, there are many recipes online for "Keto Fat Bombs" which are fat dense snacks with little to no carbs. Fat Bombs can be shaped like balls or even be similar to peanut butter cups, which probably helps to psychologically stave off sweet cravings too.
If it sounds interesting then do some research for yourself, everybody seems to be doing it.

YouTube is filled with videos of people losing around 100 pounds of excess body fat, so it seems to really work, especially for people who have struggled on other diets to lose weight but haven't met their weight loss goals. A lot of Athletes seem to be finding success on this fat burning diet too.
