Besides being nature's power snack, great to pop into your mouth while running... Dates also make an excellent raw "caramel" for dipping apples, I will put together an actual recipe for you soon (We have tried several versions) but it is so easy ...just throw 1 cup medjool dates into a blender with honey, agave or even just a spash of water and blend until it becomes liquid. Add a bit of salt or cinnamon to taste ... then roll them in chopped nuts for more goodness.
